Speaking of which, Jodi, did I hear right that the old Silvercup factory that wafted the smell of yeast breads baking over miles and miles has been turned into
a studio for tv or movies?  That was something to look forward to in an otherwise miserable neighborhood near the 59th street bridge.

			<description><![CDATA[ These birds are wax-eyes and they&#39;re so cute! They&#39;re feeding on a mixture of fat and birdseed which we make ourselves and it&#39;s hanging on a cord
from a branch so cats can&#39;t get to it. Our cats sit on a fence or underneath and next-doors takes up a position on the roof, all lashing their tails in
frustration at not being able to get at the birds.

The birds usually feed on berries but food can be scarce in winter and lots die - hence feeding them and they&#39;re also very... ]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[ Deb, I&#39;m sorry. When I was going through some hard times, the Mitford books by Jan Caron helped a lot. Don&#39;t be put off if they are in the religion
section of the bookstore because although the main character is a priest (?), the books are not overly or overtly religious. They take place in a town much
like the Louise Penny town and always have happy endings.
